Once the summer season rolls round Mom Nature hits you with a heat wave, as soon as again making it troublesome to get outside (comfortably, at the very least!). It is a nice time to experiment with water sports. When the warmth makes it impossible to get pleasure from any form of fitness activity, hop in the pool and swim some laps.
